Rohnert Park Deck & Fence is a deck and fence contractor based in Rohnert Park, CA. We provide residential and commercial outdoor construction services including, but not limited to, deck design and build, fence installation, pergola installation, and related outdoor structures.
All services are subject to a signed written contract between you and Rohnert Park Deck & Fence. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or agreement to perform specific work.
Estimates provided by Rohnert Park Deck & Fence are based on information available at the time of the consultation and are subject to change if site conditions, project scope, or material costs differ from what was originally assessed.
A written estimate is not a contract. Work begins only after both parties sign a written project agreement. Any changes to scope, materials, or timeline after a contract is signed must be agreed to in writing as a change order before additional work proceeds.
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise noted. Material costs are subject to market fluctuation.
Project start dates are scheduled after a contract is signed and any required deposit is received. Start dates are estimates and may shift due to permit timelines, weather, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any schedule changes to you as soon as they are known.
If you need to cancel or postpone a project after signing a contract, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for work already performed or materials ordered, are specified in the project contract.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to unsafe working conditions, including severe weather. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule promptly.
Payment schedules are outlined in the project contract. A deposit is typically required before work begins and before materials are ordered. Additional payments may be due at defined project milestones, with a final payment due upon project completion.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the contract. Payments not received by the due date may result in a hold on work until the balance is brought current.
All checks should be made payable to Rohnert Park Deck & Fence. We accept the payment methods outlined in your project contract.
Rohnert Park Deck & Fence warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the project contract. Specific warranty terms - including duration and what is covered - are stated in the project contract.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (decking boards, hardware, fasteners) are separate from our labor warranty and are governed by each manufacturer. We will assist you in understanding applicable manufacturer warranties at the time of project completion.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, modifications made without our written consent, acts of nature, or conditions outside normal use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rohnert Park Deck & Fence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
If a dispute arises between you and Rohnert Park Deck & Fence related to our services, we ask that you first contact us directly to try to resolve the issue. Most disputes can be resolved through open communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this section limits either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where appropriate.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of California.
